ABOUT KRYStAL
A decade in marketing shaped my approach.
In this time, I created and executed marketing plans for small and large corporate businesses. I have played across platforms, worked with zero budgets to high budgets, and found ways to reach the perfect audiences. I have seen time and again marketing should be created for your customer, not your business.
I started my marketing career as a copywriter before transferring my skills to crafting SEO-charged website content for clients, to a client manager in one of Australia’s leading marketing agencies. Prior to that I worked as a journalist, features editor, sub-editor, and in one of my many stints living overseas, I worked with an online events publication in London, covering creative and innovative ways to showcase brands at some of the largest music festivals in the world.

There’s nothing like that very first sale in a business…
The feeling of validation you have created something that resonates. There are many more ‘first sales’ in the life of a business – the release of a new product, after a rebrand, the launch of a course. I believe marketing and business strategy should never be treated as seperate from one another. Money is not always required to market, but you do need to market to have a successful business.
